Addy

April 1
Today is a big day for me. I'm going back to work. Many of you will have opinions about that. Some will think it's great. As if I'm moving on with my life. Just so those people know, that's not how I think of it. Others will be very concerned for lots of reason. I am also not overly concerned. I am a nanny (now more of you are concerned) for a couple of boys. I am with them for only 3 hours a day during the school year. We have a routine. They have been very sensitive to me and all that I'm going through. It's going to be a good day. What also will make it a good day is that Daddy will be home waiting for me when I get home.
On a less practical note, I went on a shopping spree yesterday. I spent more than I should have probably. It's not that we couldn't afford it, I just wasn't keeping a running total in my head. Want to know what I bought? (You always do) I got white picture frames. 22 white picture frames (and a few other things). 22 white picture frames to cover a wall with pictures of Addison. It's going to be a collage. White for my angel. I'm really excited to do this. To see so much of her at once. To have a project to accomplish for my baby. It's going to be beautiful. It's also going to take some time to finish. I will try to post a picture when it's done.
With love,
Addison's Mommy
P.s. I have had the thought now twice to call her Addy. We never got the chance while she was with us but I'm sure Addy would have been a nick name for her. Addy is a bit more playful of a name. Not as formal. I feel playful and happy when I say Addy. Maybe that will be a way to read my mood in the future.

You will get to raise her and it will feel like she was always here. I have no doubt that she is with you now. You are an amazing example of courage and love. Excited to see photos of River!
